Who Is Assemble?

Three friends. One game we love. And a lot of ideas for what it could become.

Assemble was started by Larry, Brandt, and Nic, three friends who met through our love of Marvel Champions: The Card Game. We started as a weekly gaming group at The Portal, playing together, experimenting with decks, and having a lot of fun.

Then we attended a Con of Heroes event.

Seeing so many Marvel Champions players come together made us wonder: could we create something like this ourselves?

So we did.

What We Do

Assemble creates custom Marvel Champions experiences built around stories, experimentation, and community.

We design themed events, campaigns, scenarios, and game modes that push the game beyond its usual boundaries. Sometimes we start with an existing idea and build on it. Sometimes we start with a completely new one.

Our goal is to give players new ways to experience a game they already love.

A Community, Not a Crowd

We’re one of the smaller dedicated Marvel Champions events, and we like it that way.

Our size makes it easier to meet new players, play with different groups, and reconnect with friends from other events. You won’t spend the whole weekend playing with the same group—or disappear into a crowd of hundreds.

Assemble isn’t a tournament.

It’s open gaming. Finished a game? Find another table. Want to try a new hero? Go for it. Meet someone new? Pull up a chair.

What’s Next?

Every event gives us new ideas for what we can do with Marvel Champions.

We’re constantly experimenting with new campaigns, mechanics, and ways to tell stories through the game.

That’s Assemble.

We love Marvel Champions. We love creating things for it. And we want to share those experiences with the people who love the game too.

The table is waiting.
